Overview

Position Purpose:

  1. A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization’s talent by providing comprehensive training during onboarding and as needed throughout employment.
  2. This role will work with specified departments to deliver, update, manage and track courses required for Team Member development and become the subject matter expert in that field.
  3. A Corporate Trainer is responsible for performing skill assessments and delivering coaching to improve performance goals. A Corporate Trainer role is responsible for facilitating in-person, virtual or blended training when needed, to all levels of Team Members within the organization.
