In-House Counsellor

In-House Counsellor will play a critical role in supporting the organisation’s wellbeing agenda by providing professional counselling services, training deliveries, strengthening mental health initiatives, and contributing to the design and execution of holistic wellbeing programmes. This role ensures employees have access to safe, confidential, and high-quality psychological support, while also driving proactive wellbeing strategies across the organisation.
