General Function

The Accounting Associate is primarily responsible for performing inventory accounting-related duties, including participation in monthly physical inventory, preparation and maintenance of inventory reports and documentation. This position also includes monitoring material prices and movement, as well as billing suppliers and toll manufacturers.

Duties and Responsibilities

A. Inventory Count and Related Tasks

  • Enter details of import shipment in the system
  • Coordinate physical count schedules for all inventories and supplies
  • Participate in actual inventory count with Logistics and Warehouse personnel
