Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- BCom Accounting / Cost & Management Accounting
- CIMA highly advantageous
- 5+ years Cost Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience with:
- Production costing / cost per ton
- Inventory valuation (WAC / standard costing)
- BOM structures & yield/process costing
- Variance analysis
- ERP systems experience (Sage X3 / SAP or similar)
- Advanced Excel
- Manage production costing and costing models
- Inventory valuation and stock reconciliations
- Analyse variances and identify inefficiencies
- Maintain BOMs, routings and costing structures on ERP
- Prepare production and cost reports
- Support stock control, working capital and audit requirements
