Reporting into the Financial Controller, the Cost Accounting Manager will lead cost accounting activities and support operational decision making. This role will have ownership of standard costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and close partnership with manufacturing and supply chain leaders. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:

Lead all cost accounting activities including standard cost development, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Partner with operations and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and improve margins
Manage cost accounting close processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
Analyze manufacturing variances and provide clear explanations to senior finance and operational leadership
Maintain bill of materials, routings, and labor standards within the ERP system
