Cost Control Manager (Philippines) (Madrid)

ACCIONA is seeking a Cost Control Manager for its construction business, open to Spanish and local Filipino nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the assigned parts of the project within the unit/department, ensuring compliance with established procedures and deadlines, coordinating resources to improve project outcomes.
• Implement and monitor mechanisms for cost control and quality control for services provided by external suppliers and in operational management of buildings and employee services.
• Track conformity of services provided by external suppliers against the contract and draw up and distribute a reporting system for activity control.
• Develop, review, and maintain the project budget and ensure its alignment with scope and schedule.
• Track current costs against budgeted costs and prepare regular cost reports and variance analyses for management.
