 :Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Cost Control Manager to support the Senior Cost Manager and the Controls Manager in implementing robust cost management, estimating, forecasting, and reporting practices across a portfolio of current and future projects. The role will operate within a PMO environment and collaborate closely with the Client, PMCMs, contractors, and key stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing;
Review material takeoffs, drawings, and plans for complex projects.
Prepare detailed breakdowns of systems, subsystems, and work components for cost estimates.
Analyze contract documents and modifications to identify scope elements and changes.
Review and validate task and subtask estimates, including rates, unit costs, and quantity calculations.
Assign material, equipment, and labor costs to estimates; obtain vendor quotations as needed.
