Cost Controller

I. Job Responsibilities Review and approve all purchases to ensure compliance with budget and company policies. Prepare detailed cost estimates and analyses to support Sales personnel prior to project quotation submissions. Take charge of procurement and contract administration for every awarded project. Prepare and submit progress claims to clients, and issue payment certifications to subcontractors. Monitor and manage overall cost control and drive cost efficiency across company operations. II. Experience and Qualification Requirements Proven experience in Quantity Surveying (QS). Strong background in procurement and negotiation. Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related discipline. III. Salary & Incentives Competitive salary from
