About the role
As our Costs & Efficiencies Specialist, you will:
- Analyse operational costs across food, beverage and staffing to identify savings opportunities.
- Implement best practices for stock control, waste reduction and supplier negotiations.
- Develop and roll out efficiency initiatives that improve margins without compromising quality or service.
