I. Job Summary
Reporting to the Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, Stericycle is seeking a Commercial Counsel to work on commercial and vendor agreements and other transactions to support our various business lines. This role has responsibility for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of customer and vendor contracts, partnering with our commercial and strategic sourcing organizations to resolve commercial disputes, and providing strategic support to the business on commercial matters.
