Job Description

Franklin Empire Inc. supplies electrical components for new construction, renovation, and maintenance of industrial plants, residences, and commercial buildings. We provide OEM and MRO solutions, lighting design, inventory management, training, automation expertise, and specialty services.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Peterborough branch.

This person will be under the supervision of the branch manager.

The main responsibilities for this position are:

  • Greet Customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist Customers in Selecting and purchasing products
  • Process Sales Transactions and handle cash, credit and Debit payments.
  • Quickly solve customer problems;
  • Get involved in sales, answering calls promptly;
  • Take orders while trying to increase sales and profits;
  • Respond to price request and provide technical information;
