- Leading the subsidiary's Management Team based on PERI values
- Development and adjustment of the subsidiary's long-term and mid-term strategy together with the Management Team
- Responsibility for the implementation of the defined startegy within the subsidiary
- Act as a role model and align Management Team with the vision and mission statement of PERI Group and ensure execution in day-to-day business
- Balancing of most effective sales generating business models
- Responsibility for market intelligence for the region (trends in technology, competition, market, customers,....)
- Steering the Management Team to coordinate and support relationships with the frame contracts with key clients and key stakeholders
