Most Country Manager roles are about keeping the lights on.

I'm working with a global TIC business looking to appoint a Country Leader for India.

They already have a strong platform, a recognised name and a solid operation. What they need now is someone who can take it to the next level.

This is a role for somebody who genuinely enjoys growing businesses.

Someone who is commercially sharp, loves getting in front of customers, knows how to build and lead teams, and isn't afraid to be accountable for the numbers.

You'll have full responsibility for the country's performance, from driving revenue growth and winning new business, through to leading people, managing the P&L and helping shape the long-term strategy.
