Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Country Manager to establish, lead, and grow their oil & gas technical advisory business in Singapore. This role will be responsible for driving market expansion, leading client engagement, and building a high-performing local team to deliver technical consulting services across upstream, midstream, and energy transition projects.
Key Responsibilities Business Leadership & Strategy Lead the overall Singapore business, defining and executing country-level strategy aligned with global objectives Establish the company's presence and positioning within the Singapore and Southeast Asia oil & gas market Identify and pursue new business opportunities across operators, EPCs, and service providers Develop and manage the country P&L, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability
