Requirements

• Both candidates to have proven experience in hospitality management in safari lodges/Resorts/Hotels- 5 years’+ experience- Essential.
• Experience in managing remote lodges outside South Africa- Preferred.
• Country Manager: Previous General Manager/Group GM experience Essential.
• Overall accountability for the Country operations within Malawi overseeing properties.
• Financial, HR, Statutory compliance, Procurement etc, reporting directly to the owners.

General Manager

• Ensure lodge guest experience levels are met and maintained.
• Previous lodge experience essential.
• Good understanding of all lodge operations/departments.
• F&B Service experience highly beneficial.
• Excellent Customer Relations.
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel.
