Job Description

1. Compensation and Benefits Management

Establish, review and propose changes to compensation and benefits programme; Plan and execute annual salary review, promotion and bonus payments; Perform benchmarking studies and findings; Plan and communicate changes

2. Payroll, Benefits and Time Attendance Management

Direct contact with payroll and benefits outsourced vendors; prepare monthly transaction and update files to vendors; check data provided and vendors compliance with stipulated guidelines; monitor complaints from employees and vendors response

3. Management Reports and Surveys

Master the master HR database via Meta4 and ensure data completeness and accuracy; prepare management reports and provide data and trends analysis; perform job matching for salary surveys, collate and provide data to the service provider
