Job Description

Transform Lives as a Children's Residential Support Worker

Responsibilities

  • Work within a close-knit team of 6, collaborating with Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts.
  • Provide structure, fun, and emotional support to children through cooking, sports, music, and crafts.
  • Follow scheduled shift patterns including sleep-ins, with 10–11 working days per month.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children in a residential setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children, including in care or education settings.
  • Enthusiasm and resilience, with a willingness to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
  • Happy to work towards or already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
