Transform Lives as a Children's Residential Support Worker
Responsibilities
- Work within a close-knit team of 6, collaborating with Managers, Multi-Disciplinary teams, and Outdoor experts.
- Provide structure, fun, and emotional support to children through cooking, sports, music, and crafts.
- Follow scheduled shift patterns including sleep-ins, with 10–11 working days per month.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for children in a residential setting.
Qualifications
- Experience working with children, including in care or education settings.
- Enthusiasm and resilience, with a willingness to make a difference and handle challenges positively.
- Happy to work towards or already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
