Responsibilities- Provide overall support for course operations, coordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication
- Plan and improve SOP.
- Ensure daily operation run smoothly.
- Working with Course Developers for new course development
- Course Auditing
- Course update, submission to relevant agency
- Improving learner experience.
- Provide Training for new Trainers
- Provide overall support for course operations , co-ordination and general office administration through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
