About the role
In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference to the Royal Navy Training Design Service. As the e‑Courseware Developer you'll support the FTU (Future Training Unit) to deliver learning that is blended, active and provides customer delight. You will be accountable for all training courses assigned to you with regards to training transformation and an advocate for the creation of training content that is not only active and engaging, but also inclusive and learner‑centric.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging e‑Courseware content using industry‑standard software such as rapid authoring tools for delivery on multiple platforms, including tablet and mobile phone.
