In a school, consistency matters. When teachers are away, students still need structure, focus and encouragement. That’s where a Cover Supervisor makes a real impact, providing stability, maintaining routines, and ensuring learning never misses a beat. At Oasis Academy Wintringham we’re looking for someone confident, adaptable and student focused, someone who can step in seamlessly, lead a classroom with assurance, and create a calm, productive learning environment, even at short notice.

This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same, involving the delivery of pre planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups while maintaining calm, focused and purposeful classrooms. You will promote positive behaviour and high expectations for learning, respond flexibly and professionally to changing needs, and work closely with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency for students.
