Cover Supervisor

Overall purpose of the role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning by providing short-term cover in the absence of the classroom teacher. You will support students by facilitating educational activities, fostering social development, and ensuring their physical and emotional well‑being.

Working collaboratively as part of a dedicated team, including teachers and support staff, you will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining high expectations for student behaviour and achievement, helping them reach their full potential.
