Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Supervision: Mentor Sales Assistants to achieve targets, monitor quality, and conduct performance reviews with training support.
- Sales Operations & Frontline Engagement: Manage sales activities, client inquiries, communication, call quality, CRM accuracy, and process improvements.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to analyze trends and identify improvements.
- Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Handle escalations, ensure timely client communication, and collaborate internally.
