Creative Account Support Specialist - CO
About the role: The role requires effective internal communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders across disciplines. You will assist in preparing client updates, maintaining deliverable documentation, while also tracking project assets and managing QA. Working alongside the Account team, you will help move projects through internal systems and ensure client requirements are met consistently. Additionally, you will provide support to the Account Management team as needed.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate internal communication between multiple internal stakeholders across teams and departments
- Support the preparation and maintenance of client updates, presentations, status sheets, asset trackers and file organization.
- Maintain tasks, assignments, asset delivery in Asana and other Project Management tools as needed
