Responsibilities
  • Lead the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain).
  • Manage the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the region.
  • Lead and develop direct reports by being an inspiring and expert leader, and providing development opportunities.
  • Monitor the success of window installations, focusing on continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East.
  • Develop a pool of local artists to collaborate with for windows, events, retail animations, or campaign designs.
