JOB TITLE:  CREATIVE AND WINDOWS MANAGER 
REPORTS TO:  HEAD OF COMMUNICATION 
LOCATION:  DUBAI 
ORGANISATION UNIT:  HERMES MIDDLE EAST 
SCOPE OF JOB Middle East Region. The Creative and Windows Manager leads the design and execution of Hermes Windows for the Middle East. 
RESPONSIBILITIES Leads the Store Windows design and implementation in the region (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain). 
Manages the Design & Production Executive, who owns the implementation of all windows in the region. 
Leads and develops his/her direct report by being an inspiring and expert leader as well as providing developing opportunities. 
Monitors the success of Window installations and focuses on continuous improvement, innovative ideas, and local collaborations to bring to life the Hermes vision in the Middle East. 
Develops a pool of local artists to collaborate with for windows, events...
