We are seeking a Creative Director to drive Definity's global creative direction within an AI-driven technology consulting environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a senior creative professional who combines strong design expertise with modern AI-assisted workflows , elevating visual communication across the organization.

This position is onsite in Monterrey, Mexico .

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in design, branding, or creative direction
• 3+ years in a leadership or Creative Director role
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, modern aesthetics, and high-end execution
• Proven experience integrating Generative AI tools into design workflows (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar)
