Job Description

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in a creative agency, digital marketing agency, or brand-side creative role.
Proven experience developing and executing successful digital and social media campaigns.
Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, storytelling, and creative communication.
Hands-on experience working on social media content, paid campaigns, video creatives, and digital advertising assets.
Ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and optimize creatives accordingly.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with creative production processes, including shoots and content development workflows.
Understanding of current digital trends, consumer behavior, and platform-specific content strategies.
Experience with AI-enabled creative tools or workflows will be considered a plus.
