Creative Operations Assistant

We are seeking someone who can manage resource allocation, project timelines, and team tasks while assisting in production logistics and liaising with internal/external parties. The role also involves organising digital files, ensuring backups, and supporting campaign execution.

• Allocate resources to projects (client and organic)
• Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and that all team members are aware of their deliverables and deadlines
