The Role
The AI Workflow Developer is a hands‑on role within T&P’s Innovation team, responsible for building AI-powered workflows, automation pipelines, and agentic systems as part of our Agentic Content Engine (ACE) programme and broader innovation portfolio.
Working closely with the Technical Director, Innovation Lead, and cross‑functional teams, you will play a key hands‑on role in the development and delivery of AI workflows and systems, from rapid prototype through to production‑ready implementation. This is a highly autonomous role requiring strong technical judgement, initiative, and comfort operating with incomplete requirements.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast‑moving environments and enjoys solving messy real‑world problems. You’ll be expected to proactively shape technical approaches, make sound engineering decisions, and drive work forward independently in collaboration with the wider team.
