Responsibilities
- Assist in managing top and high-potential creators, tracking live data and creator growth.
- Participate in planning live campaigns, PK competitions, and creator incentive programs.
- Liaise with cross-functional resources to optimize creator exposure and revenue.
- Maintain community relationships and address daily issues and needs of creators.
Qualifications
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, good content sensitivity and crisis management skills.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English and Filipino.
