Responsibilities:


  • Lead Client Onboarding: Oversee and manage the entire onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful implementation of our healthcare Credentialing services.
  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding and beyond, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, workflows, and operational requirements, ensuring accurate configuration and customization of Credentialing solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and IT, to ensure the timely completion of onboarding tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
