Job Description
We are currently looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst II who can start as soon as possible.
This role is open to candidates who are willing to work on a shifting schedule and be assigned to any site. This position requires 100% on-site work.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Collections
Conduct daily outreach to customers regarding past-due invoices and short payments via phone and email
Manage and monitor a high-volume portfolio of accounts, prioritizing high-risk or recurring issues
Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable (A/R) aging reports and recommend appropriate collection strategies
Collaborate with the Credit & Collections Manager to resolve complex or long-standing issues
II. Deduction Management
Accurately identify and classify deductions after remittance
Review and validate customer resale certificates related to sales tax deductions
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Ope...
