The Credit Collector is responsible for collecting overdue payments from clients, ensuring timely recovery of loans, and maintaining positive relationships with borrowers in a microfinance setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact clients to follow up on overdue payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and resolve payment issues.
• Record and update payment status in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and client interactions.
