Responsibilities

  • Credit Control Administration: Assist in managing functional credit control activities and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Credit Policy Compliance: Support the assessment, maintenance, and enforcement of the company’s credit control policy, recommending updates as necessary.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain close rapport with customers to facilitate timely collections and resolve issues related to credit facilities.
  • Credit Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct credit evaluations for new customers and periodic reviews for existing customers to mitigate credit risks.
  • Legal Coordination: Liaise with legal counsel for litigation cases and assist in initiating actions for the recovery of bad debts.
