Credit Officer - Fixed Term Contract

Our client, in the manufacturing sector and based in Nairobi is seeking the services of a results oriented, driven and high performing Credit Officer. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers. Define and implement credit limits and payment terms in line with the company policies. Regularly review and manage the customer portfolio to identify and mitigate potential credit risks. Oversee the end-to-end order-to-cash cycle, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Drive cash collection activities to meet monthly and annual targets, actively managing the accounts receivable ledger. Lead the timely resolution of customer disputes, claims, and deductions by coordinating with sales and logistics teams.
