Job Description

Responsibilities



  • Reconcile customer receivables and resolve disputes/deductions

  • Work with teams/customers to improve DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and working capital

  • Serve as main point of contact for discrepancies


Qualifications



  • Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred)

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Negotiation and stakeholder management abilities
