Salary – R12000 – R17000 depending on experience.

Candidates must be aware that they are required to work Decembers, and 1 Saturday per month.
Basic Job description
Successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and capturing supplier invoices into financial software daily. Performing supplier reconciliations daily for payment and resolving supplier queries. Reconciliations of sales and daily deposits are also required daily.
Invoice Processing
- Receive, review, and capture supplier invoices
Supplier Reconciliations
- Perform daily, weekly & monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies with stores and suppliers
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and or credit notes
Payments
- Load payments onto banking platforms
- Ensure suppliers are paid within agreed terms
