Fleetway is building the crew model for the Royal Canadian Navy’s next generation warship, the River Class Destroyer (RCD). This is a rare opportunity to take your operational experience and directly influence how ships are crewed, structured, and sustained for decades to come.

As a Crewing Analyst, you will work at the intersection of operations, human performance, and system design, translating real‑world naval experience into the crew structures, roles, and requirements that will define the RCN’s future capability.

In this role, you will help answer critical questions such as:

• What does the right crew look like for a modern warship?
• How do we design roles, teams, and watch structures that function effectively at sea?
• How do we balance workload, readiness, and sustainability over long deployments?
