Crew Superintendent – Hamburg
A leading maritime company is looking for an experienced Crew Superintendent to join its team in Hamburg. This role involves overseeing the complete crew management of assigned vessels and acting as the primary point of contact for captains, manning agencies, fleet operators, and shipowners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor all crew activities for assigned vessels
- Ensure officer and rating assignments meet STCW, flag state, and owner requirements
- Coordinate and oversee crew changes
- Process and approve crew-related invoices
- Manage career planning, including promotions for seafarers
- Support and follow up on P&I cases onboard
- Experience in shipping or crew management preferred
