Qualifications
- Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
- Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
- Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.
Qualifications
- At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
- Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
- Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server...
