CRM Associate

This involves executing and optimizing various email campaigns, developing consumer journeys, and implementing best practices for segmentation, deliverability, and testing. Additionally, the role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, generating insightful reports, and collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders to align email campaigns with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns throughout consumer journeys.
• Develop and optimize email templates, consumer journey mapping, and campaign planning.
• Create and implement automated workflows, personalized campaigns, and journeys to enhance customer engagement.
• Manage day-to-day broadcast and trigger SMS consumer communications campaigns.
