Overview

Omega CRM, a Merkle & Dentsu company, is a leader in Customer Experience services with over 20 years of experience applying technology to marketing. We are looking for a Veeva CRM Business Analyst who will connect business stakeholders with high‑impact technology solutions, manage local technology delivery, and support the Technical Product Owner / Manager in shaping Product Line strategy.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as a technology partner; work with business stakeholders to identify unmet needs, propose IT solutions, and assist management in developing business cases and project charters.
  • Lead the technical discovery process for potential projects: scope needs, gather requirements, develop accurate test scripts, support stakeholders in test execution, and produce functional specifications for solution build, following regional and global standards and our Agile rapid Requirements Definition & Management methodology.
