Location: Ideally in Malta (Hybrid) or Remote from Europe
Reporting to Head of CRM
Your mission
Architect the Framework: Own the end-to-end cross-sell strategy. You’ll define how to move players between multiple brands using SMS, Email, and Automation.
Optimize the Funnel: Focus heavily on FTD conversion and ARPU. You’ll bridge the gap between initial acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.
The Human Hub: Act as the central point of contact between CRM and Data, and other teams. You align their goals into one cohesive cross-sell engine.
Automation Logic: Design the early-life journeys. You’ll build the logic that identifies hot leads and pushes them to our teams at the perfect moment.
