Overview

Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Analyst to manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. This is a key role supporting sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless lead tracking, efficient workflows, accurate reporting, and excellent CRM adoption across the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain the company CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Maintain accurate lead and client data through imports, updates, and data cleansing.
  • Monitor and maintain CRM workflows, including lead management, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
  • Create and update dashboards, reports, and performance metrics for management.
