We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver a CRM implementation for a regional financial services client. The PM will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is 6 month extendable contract. The Role Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and handover Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology teams, and vendors Drive requirements alignment, solution design coordination, and implementation planning Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.
