  • LIFECYCLE CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance through detailed reporting

    Conduct monthly checks on automated CRM processes to ensure smooth operation

    Generate and manage unique promotional codes for customer initiatives

    Contribute to the revamp and optimization of customer communications
