Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain customer databases accurately. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
