Datmos is hiring a CRM & Loyalty Strategist (eCommerce focus)

Reporting to the VP of Digital Strategy & Client solutions, the CRM & Loyalty Strategist (eCommerce) is responsible for developing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention for various brand's eCommerce environments. While collaborating with our CRM and eCommerce experts, you will work on CRM, Loyalty, and Marketing Automation projects to help clients grow digitally.

Your mission: Analyze user behavior, design tailored strategies, and boost customer loyalty and retention to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative strategies: Create high‑value strategies for D2C, B2B and B2C clients to optimize customer engagement and loyalty. Maximizing customer engagement with a tailored CRM plan, automation and data‑driven optimization (e.g. advanced customer database segmentation, Email/SMS strategy, Marketing Automation…).
