The CRM Manager is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, loyalty, and revenue. Owns the customer database and lifecycle across all our CRM channels, and leads the launch and ongoing improvement of the loyalty program to make sure everything is data-led and aligned with our business goals...
