Your Role In Our Team
You are part of the global CRM team working with the Group Head of CRM and our Business Areas to build-up, manage and advance our Sales and Service CRM processes and landscape to drive collaboration and growth at Koerber.
Key Tasks
- Build-up, align and execute the Sales and Service CRM strategy for Koerber Group across our organizations.
- Run hands‑on project management with our internal business and IT CRM community as well as external partners.
- Challenge and improve business processes and demonstrate how CRM can best support our Sales and Service Teams, i.e. opportunity or case management.
- Drive CRM user adoption and enable users globally.
- Promote benefits of CRM within the organization.
